Terms and Conditions for RA Mover

By using the services provided by RA Mover, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Moving Services
RA Mover provides moving services to customers in a safe and efficient manner. We will use our best efforts to ensure that your move is completed according to your specifications. However, we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during the move, unless caused by our gross negligence.

Customer Responsibilities
As a customer of RA Mover, you are responsible for:

Providing accurate and complete information about your move, including your address, contact information, and moving details
Ensuring that your property is properly packed and labeled prior to the move
Providing safe and clear access to your property for our movers
Disclosing any special instructions or requirements for your move
If you fail to meet any of these responsibilities, RA Mover may be unable to complete your move or may incur additional charges.

Payment
Payment for RA Mover services is due upon completion of the move, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept cash, credit cards, and checks. In the event of non-payment, RA Mover reserves the right to take legal action to recover any outstanding amounts owed.

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your move, please provide us with as much notice as possible. If you cancel your move less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time, you may be charged a cancellation fee.

Liability and Insurance
RA Mover carries liability insurance to protect against any damage or loss that occurs during your move. However, this insurance has certain limitations and exclusions, and you may wish to obtain additional insurance coverage to protect your property.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold RA Mover harmless from any claims, damages, or losses that arise out of your use of our moving services or your breach of these Terms and Conditions.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Rhode Island, and any disputes arising out of your use of our moving services or these Terms and Conditions will be resolved in the courts of Rhode Island.

Changes to these Terms and Conditions
RA Mover reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time, without prior notice. Your continued use of our moving services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
